Brittany Price (Owner/Competitive Director)

Brittany Price, Studio Owner/Dance Instructor, grew up in Davis, Il. She began dancing at the young age of 3 and has been dancing ever since. Brittany has been trained in many styles, including ballet, hip hop, tap, jazz, clogging, lyrical, contemporary, jazz funk, modern, open , etc. Throughout her years as a competitive dancer, she found a true love for teaching. She has been teaching competitive dance since she was just 12 years old.

She is the proud owner of 2023 Dance Company, in Monroe, WI. She opened this business at the young age of 23, along side Liz Walker, but has been the sole owner since 2020. 2023 opened because she wanted to create an environment that taught hard work, passion, dedication and art. Brittany’s biggest passion in live is preparing her dancers for the real world. “You have to work hard, remain positive and never give up.”

Brittany has been teaching all styles of dance for 16 years and loves working with dancers of all ages. Throughout Brittany’s time as a teacher, she has enjoyed watching her students thrive and push themselves to be the best they can be! Her upbeat teaching style and spunky personality allows kids to have fun, while still working hard and staying motivated! She pushes dancers outside their comfort zone and is constantly trying to help them grow and succeed. Brittanys dancers/dances have won countless 1st overall titles, grand national championships, highest level of adjudications and so much more. Brittany way also just awarded “Choreographer Of The Year” at Starpower Nationals for the second year in a row! Price has won several choreography awards throughout the years and adds more every year! Her choreography tells a story and is unmatched in the area.

Not only does Brittany teach/choreograph at 2023, she also teaches master classes, summer intensives, choreographs and sets dances for local studios, choreographs for middle school and high school dance teams and plays. She has taught at Celebration Talent Competitions national finals in Orlando and helped for 3 years with their opening number. Brittany has choreographed 3 routines for high school and junior high dance teams and she is proud to say they have ALL won!

Brittany’s passion for dance and teaching shines through her students when they hit the stage! Judges have said “this studio is full of pure passion.” Dance can be taught, passion cannot.
