Brittany Price is the proud owner and competitive director of 2023 Dance Company. She grew up in the charming town of Davis, Illinois and she took her first dance class at the young age of 3 and has continued to dance passionately ever since.

Brittany has received extensive training in a wide array of dance styles, including ballet, hip hop, tap, jazz, clogging, lyrical, contemporary, jazz funk, and modern. During her years as a competitive dancer, she discovered her true love for teaching, which led her to begin instructing competitive dance when she was merely 12 years old. Currently, she proudly owns and operates 2023 Dance Company, located in Monroe, Wisconsin. Brittany embarked on this entrepreneurial journey at the early age of 23, and she has been the sole owner since the year 2020. The motivation behind opening 2023 Dance Company stemmed from her desire to cultivate an environment that emphasizes the values of hard work, passion, dedication, and artistic expression.

Brittany’s greatest passion in life is to prepare her dancers for the real world; she frequently emphasizes, "You have to work hard, remain positive, and never give up." With 18 years of teaching experience across all styles of dance, she enjoys working with dancers of varying ages. Throughout her teaching career, Brittany has enjoyed watching her students flourish and challenge themselves to reach their highest potential.

Her upbeat teaching style, combined with her spunky personality, creates an enjoyable atmosphere that allows children to have fun while also maintaining a strong work ethic and staying motivated. She pushes her dancers beyond their comfort zones and is steadfast in her commitment to helping them grow and succeed. Brittany's dancers and dance routines have achieved numerous accolades, including countless 1st overall titles, grand national championships, and the highest levels of adjudications. Additionally, Brittany was recently honored with the prestigious “Choreographer Of The Year” award at Starpower Nationals for the second consecutive year! Over the years, she has collected several choreography awards and continues to accumulate more each year. Her choreography is known for its storytelling quality and is truly unmatched within the local area.

Not only does Brittany teach and choreograph at 2023 Dance Company, but she also actively engages in a variety of other dance-related educational activities. In addition to her regular commitments, she teaches master classes and summer intensives that inspire dancers of all levels. Additionally, she choreographs and sets dances for local studios, contributing her extensive expertise to enhance their programs. For middle school and high school dance teams and plays, Brittany brings her creative vision to life through choreography, creating memorable routines that resonate with both performers and audiences alike. She has even taken her talents to Celebration Talent Competitions national finals in Orlando, where she played an instrumental role for three consecutive years in crafting their impressive opening number. Brittany is proud to have choreographed three distinct routines for high school and junior high dance teams, and she enthusiastically shares that they have all secured victories in their competitions.

Her passion for dance and commitment to teaching truly shine through in her students when they grace the stage, leaving a lasting impression on all who witness their performances. Judges have consistently remarked that "this studio is full of pure passion." Dance can be taught, but the undeniable enthusiasm and drive that Brittany instills in her students is something that cannot simply be taught, as it is a reflection of their shared love for the art form.
